Steps to complete Registration for AEMT

National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians Psychomotor Skills Examination

Verify with your Program Director to ensure they have released you to sit for the examination. They will need to verify that all requirements have been met and release you to NREMT

If you attended courses with Georgia Institute of EMS, please contact the office to verify your eligibility. 678-561-2368 option 1

Register with NREMT for the examination and receive your Psychomotor Authorization to Test (PATT) letter. ​

Step 5 on the NREMT website will ask you to find a testing location. Since you are attending the testing at our facility disregard this step on the NREMT website as it will ask you to contact us for registration.

We accept payments only on the date of exam. The testing fee is $160 cash only. (We do not accept credit/debit cards for this examination).

 

What to bring on examination date

  • A copy of your PATT

  • Government issued ID that belongs to you
